About the project

Your responsibilities

  • configuring and maintaining OneTrust modules (Privacy, Consent, Vendor Risk, GRC, etc.) in alignment with business and regulatory requirements
  • designing and implementing integrations between OneTrust and enterprise using APIs, connectors, and middleware
  • gathering business, legal, and technical requirements from stakeholders and translating them into scalable technical solutions
  • conducting thorough testing (functional, regression, UAT) of all configurations and integrations before production deployment
  • developing and maintaining technical documentation including solution architecture, runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides
  • providing training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end-users, administrators, and business stakeholders
  • monitoring platform performance, staying current with OneTrust releases, and proactively recommending enhancements and new capabilities
  • ensuring all platform configurations and data handling practices remain aligned with applicable privacy regulations and internal policies.

Our requirements

  • 4+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or platform administration
  • 2+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering OneTrust (any modules)
  • experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth/SSO)
  • basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation
  • familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, or similar)
  • strong communication skills — able to work with both technical and business teams
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly in English (strong written & verbal).

Optional

  • OneTrust certification (any module)
  • familiarity with Jira, Salesforce
  • experience with cookie/consent management implementations
  • background in FMCG Industries
  • exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
