Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a managerial role (Site Manager / Construction Manager / Works Manager).
  • Strong hands-on experience in cast-in-place (wet concrete) construction – this is a key requirement for the role.
  • A university degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Very good command of English, as it is the official language of communication on the project.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to quickly resolve technical issues on site.

Nice to have: Experience working on construction projects in Sweden or other Scandinavian countries.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the execution of complex reinforced concrete works using cast-in-place (monolithic) construction technology, including heavy industrial foundations, thick concrete slabs, watertight structures, and hydraulic engineering works.
  • Leading a team of approximately 5 direct-report Line Managers and providing comprehensive supervision of subcontractors.
  • Operational management of advanced formwork systems (Peri, Doka) and densely reinforced concrete structures.
  • Responsibility for project scheduling, budget control, stringent concrete quality management, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
  • Direct reporting to the Project Manager and the Head of Structural Construction.
