Our client, a leading international logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to manage warehouse operations within the Inbound or Outbound department. Your Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse activities during your assigned shift, ensuring operational targets are achieved.

What We're Looking For:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline, or a vocational qualification in warehouse/logistics operations.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment with supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate large operational teams.
Good understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software such as SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the confidence to make operational decisions.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is considered an advantage.
Good spoken and written English; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
