ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about ServiceNow and ready to help clients transform their IT and business processes? For our growing digatus team in Wrocław, we are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Consultant who combines platform expertise with strong consulting and communication skills.

Your TasksAs a ServiceNow Consultant with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience, you will support our clients in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow-based solutions across different business areas.

Your responsibilities include:

Partnering with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions Support of DevOps approach, Development & configuration (e.g. workflows, business rules & scripts, portals & workspaces, custom apps)

Supporting solution design, configuration, implementation, and optimization across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM and CSM Advising on platform best practices, governance, maintainability, scalability, and upgrade readiness Collaborating closely with architects, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders Supporting workshops, requirement analyses, process design, and documentation activities Preparing and maintaining documentation for solution designs, configurations, test plans, and operational handover Contributing to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, platform standards, and delivery quality in a global HR IT product team

Your Profile

You bring a strong ServiceNow background and enjoy working at the interface between business, IT, and delivery teams.

You should have:3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), either in a technical or functional consulting role Strong understanding of ITSM processes, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices Experience in ServiceNow configuration, requirement analysis, and solution design Ability to work in Agile delivery environments Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills A structured and service-oriented working style Good command of English, both written and spoken Nice to Have
