ServiceNow Architect/Technical PO (pharma; 100% remote)

About project The team operates as a foundational force across various products, providing the essential enablers and technical capabilities required to meet strategic objectives. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise, act as a technical product advocate and evaluate new features to produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations for the ServiceNow platform. As both a Solution Architect and Technical PO, you will perform and participate in product road map planning, translating business needs into use cases and functional requirements for the technical team. 100% remote work.

Expectations

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience with a must have ServiceNow HRSD Product experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining secure platform integrations, utilizing APIs, Web Services, and modern integration frameworks
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with extensive Service

• Fundamental understanding of integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBCWe offer
