Your responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements for new catalog items in collaboration with requestors
• Designing and proposing effective catalog solutions, including workflows and process sequences, to meet business needs
• Maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinating the full release process, including Jira tracking, development support, testing, UAT, defect management, and production release
• Prioritizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in Service Catalog Management or IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Strong communication skills to clearly present ideas and articulate expected end-user experiences
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail for designing workflows and logical action sequences
• Experience working with Jira and supporting release coordination
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests effectively
• Fluent English
• Residency in Poland
