Senior Systems Integrations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements

• Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies
• Create and maintain requirements specifications, process flows, system designs, and technical documentation
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models
• Maintain documentation version control in GitHub or equivalent platforms
• Design REST APIs in line with best practices and organizational standards
• Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements
• Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
• Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback
• Coordinate daily with developers, architects, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder presentations
• Ensure compliance with internal requirements and analysis standards
• Review and validate requirements against organizational methodologies and frameworks
• Conduct quality reviews of documentation and design artifacts
• Maintain compliance with data governance and data management policies
• Participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teamsHands-on knowledge of REST API principles, design patterns, best practices, and API design
• Practical experience in data modelling, including logical and physical data models and entity relationships
• Understanding of data governance principles, data quality standards, data lineage, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data integration, and data architecture principles
• Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Experience with BPMN for process mapping and workflow documentation
• Experience with UML for system design and technical documentation
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
• Ability to create system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration designs
• Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent version control platforms
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management
• English proficiency at B2 level or higherNice to have:

Knowledge of Gherkin syntax for writing acceptance criteria in a BDD approach
