Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our operations team in a fully hands-on, day-to-day capacity, responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Windows, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows server environments
• Administer and maintain Windows 10 workstations and infrastructure
• Manage Omnissa Horizon and Citrix virtual desktop environments
• Configure and maintain Azure Intune and Azure conditional access policies
• Oversee Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD environments
• Apply and manage patches across Windows systems
• Administer VMware infrastructure at a senior level
• Participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hoursBuild and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines
• Develop automation scripts using Power
• Shell
• Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKDRequirements5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows servers and Windows 10 environments
• Expertise in Omnissa Horizon Virtual Desktops or Citrix at a senior level
• Proficiency in Azure Intune and Azure conditional access
• Expertise in Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD
• Background in patch management of Windows systems, with Manage
• Engine experience appreciated
• Senior-level knowledge of VMware administration
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Skills in PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD
• Flexibility to participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours
• English proficiency at B2 level or higherNice to have
• Understanding of email flow in O365Knowledge of Mimecast
