At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

This role is based in our Drug Substance and Cell & Gene Therapy division, which is dedicated to building the "

Lab of the Future" by transitioning traditional research into a data-driven ecosystem. By designing standards-based, future-ready digital platforms, you will directly enable scientists to plan complex studies and capture critical laboratory data. The outstanding variety of cutting-edge tech and scientific computing applied in this division offers you an incredible landscape for professional learning and growth.

What you get:

• Salary range: 19,075.00 - 35,425.00 PLN gross monthly based on the employment contract.
