In Poland, Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

How we work

We operate in a hybrid working model. Office attendance depends on the distance from our Katowice office:

1. Up to 50 km – 8 days per month in the office
2. More than 50 km and up to 80 km – 4 days per month in the office
3. More than 80 km – primarily remote, with office attendance on demand, based on the leader’s request, e.g. for larger team meetings or important team events.

Your role

We're building a new team dedicated to AI-driven products and platform infrastructure. This is a dedicated engineering group, not a support function, you'll be building the AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and integration layers that other teams rely on.
