Senior Service Delivery Manager

Contract: Contract of Employment (UoP) Salary range: 20,000–25,000 PLN gross/monthWe are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Managed Delivery team and take ownership of client relationships and delivery across one or more engagements.

You’ll be the key link between our clients and delivery teams, ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, team engagement, and continuous improvement — while also supporting business development and account growth.

What you’ll doBuild trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Oversee delivery, risks, service levels, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Lead governance meetings, reporting, and operational follow-up.

Support and coach consultants through regular 1:1s.

Monitor budgets, forecasts, utilisation, margins, and delivery metrics.

Identify opportunities for account growth and additional value.

Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams on new opportunities.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and team changes.

Contribute to pre-sales, solution discussions, proposals, and new Managed Services engagements.

Drive continuous improvement across Managed Delivery practices.

What we’re looking forProven experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Consulting, Managed Teams, or Managed Services.

Experience working with banking and/or fintech clients, ideally in regulated environments.

Strong client, stakeholder, and people management skills.

Good understanding of application development, software testing, and Agile delivery.

Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and financial follow-up.

Commercial mindset and experience supporting business development or pre-sales.

Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Professional fluency in Polish and English.
