About the project

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Archiving & ECM projects for enterprise clients;
• Design and implement scalable solutions across SAP and OpenText ecosystems;
• Perform advanced technical analysis, scoping, and architecture definition;
• Drive content migrations and legacy system decommissioning initiatives;
• Advise clients on data lifecycle, retention strategies, and compliance;
• Engage directly with stakeholders, including estimations and solution design;
• Mentor junior team members and shape best practices within the practice.

Our requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP Data Archiving, OpenText ECM, or equivalent ECM platforms;
• Proven experience bridging SAP and document management ecosystems;
• Deep understanding of content lifecycle, governance, and architecture;
• Experience in migrations, integration, or system decommissioning projects;
• Ability to scope, estimate, and lead client-facing engagements;
• Strong communication skills in English (additional knowledge of German is considered a great asset);
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of complex topics;
