Senior Project Manager

Project engagement: 4–6 months We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience successfully leading complex projects within multinational organisations, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a pivotal role for a true builder and leader – someone who anticipates challenges, implements solutions before issues arise, and thrives in fast-paced, international environments.

Your responsibilities:

Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies before issues materialise.

Build and implement effective project frameworks, processes, and ways of working.

Coordinate and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless delivery across borders.

Navigate multinational regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical compliance and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, and innovative solutions across project teams.

Mentor and support project teams, fostering ownership and accountability.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and delivery.

Champion a safety-first approach and ensure high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for you, if you have:10+ years of proven Project Management experience within complex, multinational organisations.

Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of sector-specific regulations and requirements, including GxP.

Proven track record of building and implementing project frameworks from the ground up.

Strong proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at different organisational levels.

Experience working with diverse, international teams and strong cultural awareness.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.
