Senior Project & Delivery Manager

About Cognitiva

At Cognitiva, we design and deliver advanced technology solutions, specializing in custom software development, artificial intelligence, business process automation, and cloud technologies.

We work with international clients, helping organizations solve complex business challenges through technology.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven IT Delivery Manager who will take ownership of project delivery and operational coordination across our software and AI projects.

We need someone who makes things happen.

Someone who ensures that estimates are prepared, proposals move forward, projects stay on schedule, budgets remain under control, and commitments are translated into actual results.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will work at the intersection of business development, engineering, client relationships, and project operations, ensuring that the entire process — from initial opportunity to successful delivery — runs efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive professional who anticipates problems, removes blockers, takes ownership, and drives projects forward without requiring constant supervision.

What We Offer

• A key role in managing and improving the delivery of international software and AI projects.
• Significant ownership and autonomy in organizing project operations and driving execution.
• Direct collaboration with company leadership, business development, and engineering teams.
• The opportunity to work with modern technologies, including AI, automation, cloud, and custom software development.
• Real influence on project management processes, delivery standards, and operational efficiency.
• Opportunities to develop expertise in technology consulting, project delivery, and business operations.
• A results-oriented environment that values initiative, accountability, and effective execution.

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply organizes meetings, updates Jira tickets, or prepares status reports.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for making sure projects and commitments actually move forward.

Someone who notices that an estimate is overdue and gets it completed. Who identifies a potential budget overrun before it happens. Who follows up on unresolved decisions, removes operational blockers, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.

You should be comfortable working with engineers, challenging unrealistic timelines, coordinating commercial and technical priorities, and keeping clients informed.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must understand how software projects are built, estimated, delivered, and managed commercially.

Above all, we value people who combine strong organizational skills with commercial awareness, ownership, and the ability to consistently deliver results.

Show Us Your Experience

When applying, we'd love to hear about:

• The most complex software projects you have managed.
• The number of projects and engineering teams you have coordinated simultaneously.
• Your experience controlling project budgets and profitability.
• Examples of how you prevented delays, resolved delivery challenges, or recovered troubled projects.
• Your involvement in presales, estimation, and client-facing project management.

If you know how to turn plans into execution, keep projects under control, and ensure that commitments become successful deliveries, we'd love to hear from you.
