About the project

Your responsibilities

• Leading the definition phase to build the delivery backlog based on clinical needs and priorities
• Collaborating with the development team to refine and plan the delivery of value across sprints and iterations
• Supporting the Business Product Manager in processing customer requests and prioritizing the discovery backlog
• Contributing to the preparation of the feature and enabler backlog for upcoming Program Increments
• Socializing incoming features and enablers with the development team to gather feedback and align with PI objectives
• Incorporating clinical evidence into prioritization through real user observations and clinician feedback
• Learning and managing all functionality of the product and its requirements baseline

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product ownership or similar role within the healthcare domain, specifically in oncology
• Direct experience in oncology care delivery, gained in a hospital, cancer center, or clinical network
• Strong understanding of the oncology patient journey and the clinical workflow involved in cancer care
• Familiarity with clinical data systems such as EMR and EHR, and awareness of interoperability challenges
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with oncologists, pathologists, and nurses, translating clinical needs into actionable requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks governing clinical software and their implications for product development
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience working in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe methodology
• Background in software development or familiarity with software development processes
