Your responsibilities

• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment, ensuring successful delivery, client impact, and commercial outcomes.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, engineering standards, and enterprise best practices.
• Guide teams in delivering modern AI solutions, including Agentic AI, LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Translate business processes into AI-enabled operating models, prioritize high-value AI use cases, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure engineering excellence across AI delivery by promoting best practices in software engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operational excellence.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Drive capability development by mentoring team members, establishing engineering best practices, and fostering continuous learning across the AI Engineering team.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping AI proposals, and expanding existing client relationships.

Our requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.
• You have a university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• You combine AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, marketing and customer experience.
• You have experience in leading technical projects and take on ownership of technical solutions.
• You are strong in Python, including API development and integration patterns.
• You have deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• You are comfortable with production practices, including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and operational support.
• You have knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Consulting background or understanding of professional services delivery models.
• Experience with Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions).
• You communicate clearly in English (C1+) and can align technical decisions with business constraints.
• You are willing to travel as required by client/project.
