We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Test Automation Engineer to join an international team developing and maintaining cutting-edge solutions for fraud detection and prevention. Gdańsk, Poland

Hybrid model – 2 days per week in the office (3 days from Q3)

Your responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests in Java
Build and execute automated tests for both UI and backend applications
Prepare test strategies, test plans, and test data
Perform API testing and validate complex system integrations
Execute functional and non-functional testing, including performance, stress, and security testing
Support manual testing activities when required
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high product quality
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
Requirements
Must have
Proven commercial experience in Java test automation
Strong knowledge of the Java ecosystem
Hands-on experience with UI and backend test automation
Experience with API testing
Good knowledge of relational databases
Practical experience working in Linux environments
Solid understanding of software testing principles (ISTQB Foundation level or equivalent knowledge)
Experience with non-functional testing, including performance, stress, and security testing
Strong communication skills in English
