We're building a regulated fintech platform that aims to make real estate investing more accessible to a broader audience.

The product enables users to invest in tokenized, income-generating real estate assets, opening access to opportunities that have traditionally been limited to larger investors. With a growing user base and a strong pipeline of listed properties, the company is focused on modernizing property ownership through technology and creating a more accessible investment experience.

Tech stack:

• Languages: Java
• Core libraries/frameworks: - JDK 24 - Gradle for dependency management - Javalin (Web framework) - JOOQ (SQL engine for Java) - Flyway for db migration - Prometheus & Grafana (a monitoring agent) Database engines: - PostgreSQL (a main purpose RDBMS used to store user and other data) - TimescaleDB (a time-series database, used as a tick database for historical data like FX rates etc.) - Redis (a general purpose in-memory key-value store) Infrastructure Cloud environments: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Service CI/CD and provisioning: - GitHub - Docker - Ansible - Kubernetes - Terraform
