About the role Design and develop backend and frontend applications for a German client, with German as the working language and the language of project documentation

• Evaluate client requirements from a technical perspective and provide effort estimations
• Support the design and development of proof of concepts (PoCs) and prototypes
• Create technical designs in collaboration with architects and other consultants
• Ensure high-quality source code through peer reviews, technical discussions, and the creation of coding standards and style guides
• Motivate and support other team members in delivering stable, maintainable, and scalable solutions
• Mentor and coach both internal and external developers, while creating solution-specific templates and development guidelines
• Support the entire software development lifecycle
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify innovations that bring value to the company and enhance our high-quality software solutions
• Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a natural sciences discipline, or a related field
• Around 10 years of experience in full-stack software development using the following technology stack: Java, Spring (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Security, Spring Cloud), relational databases (RDBMS), and NoSQL databases
• Solid experience with JavaScript and APIs such as REST, both on the frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js)

Good understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus

• Strong knowledge of and experience with microservices architecture, object-oriented design (OOD), object-oriented analysis (OOA), and cloud design patterns
• Willingness to contribute to frontend development tasks whenever your expertise is needed
• Structured and methodical approach to work, with experience in agile methodologies and engineering practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

Excellent communication skills, a proactive and open mindset, and a customer-oriented approach

Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (minimum B2 level)

Compensation range:

B2B contract: 160 -190 PLN net/hour

Employment contract: 22 400 - 26 600 PLN gross
