Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

Collect requirements from business stakeholders

• Document requirements as features and/or user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
• Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes
• Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program
• Requirements:

Proven experience with CDW and reporting

• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools
• Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover
• Nice to have:

Experience working in a Nordic bank

• Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes
• Experience working with Hadoop
