Senior HR Operations Specialist

For our Client we are looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist.

Warsaw, hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Umową o pracę tymczasową: 12 000 - 15 000pln brutto/monthKey Responsibilities:4+ years of experienceAct as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across Poland and EMEA.

Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and benefits administration.

Prepare employment documentation and coordinate onboarding activities.

Support HR processes related to compensation, talent management, and employee lifecycle operations.

Maintain employee data and records in Workday and other HR systems.

Participate in Workday enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Requirements:

Significant HR Operations experience within the EMEA region, with strong knowledge of Polish HR processes and regulations.

Fluent Polish and English language skills.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Absence Management.

Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.

Strong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power

Point, Word, and Outlook.
