Senior Fullstack Engineer

The roleWe're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team and work on challenging, modern web applications using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js. You'll have a high level of ownership, influence technical decisions, and work directly with clients to turn complex requirements into production-ready solutions.

What you'll doBuild and own complex fullstack features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.

Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions, including APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.

Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM-based functionality into modern web applications.

Work on complex web applications with rich interfaces, business workflows, and role-based functionality.

Take ownership of technical solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation and delivery.

Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand problems, propose technical solutions, and communicate trade-offs.

Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the codebase.

What we're looking for5+ years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer.

Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Solid experience with Next.js and modern backend development (e.g. Express, NestJS).

Good understanding of APIs, databases, application architecture, and complex business logic.

Commercial experience building or integrating AI-powered features / LLM-based solutions.

Ability to independently own complex technical problems and deliver production-ready solutions.

Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.

Comfortable using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) as part of the daily development workflow.

Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1, English C1).

Nice to have

Experience with Python/FastAPI.

Experience with GraphQL, Go, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Experience with SaaS/B2B products and automated testing/CI/CD.
