Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain new platform features and supporting services
• Support and enhance the internal SDLC insights platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, operational issues, and incidents
• Maintain and integrate APIs, dashboards, pipelines, and related components
• Improve automation, monitoring, logging, and platform reliability
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with engineering, security standards, and best practices
• Maintain technical documentation and enable knowledge sharing across teams

Our requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering and application development
• Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git)
• Ability to troubleshoot production and non-production issues
• Understanding of secure development practices and operational support
• Effective communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Maven, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, data analysis, and engineering metrics
• Previous experience in a regulated enterprise environment

Optional

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Liquibase, Maven, Jest, IBM MQ, Swagger, Feign, vavr.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.
