Contract type: B2BCapacity: Full-time, 40 hours/weekRate: 150–220 PLN + VAT / hStart: ASAP🚀 About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud infrastructure automation to join an ongoing project for our client in the telecommunications industry.

You will become part of an agile Platform Engineering team responsible for building and maintaining a stable, scalable, and secure cloud platform that supports development teams and enables efficient software delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS, automating infrastructure and deployments, and implementing observability solutions.

You will also collaborate closely with Developer Experience teams to improve self-service capabilities, streamline development workflows, and establish Golden Paths for engineering teams.

Our teams have real influence on technical decisions and the way solutions are delivered.🧠 Your responsibilitiesdevelop, operate, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS)ensure the reliability, scalability, availability, and security of the cloud platformtake ownership of platform infrastructure, observability, and securityautomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processesdesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutionsbuild and improve CI/CD pipelines to support automated deploymentsdevelop and maintain observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and AWS Cloud

• Watchmanage AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, and Lambdacollaborate with Developer Experience teams to improve self-service capabilities and development workflowscontribute to the development of standardized engineering workflows and Golden Pathscontinuously optimize platform performance, security, scalability, and Developer Experiencetroubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure platform stability in production environmentscreate and maintain clear and transparent technical documentationparticipate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability outside regular working hourscommunicate and collaborate with international engineering teams in German and English🧩 Must havesstrong commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineeringvery good knowledge of Kubernetes, including hands-on experience operating production clustersstrong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructurepractical experience with Amazon EK
