We are currently seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Software Engineer to join a large-scale, global banking transformation programme focused on cloud-native platforms, automation, and distributed systems. The role sits within a high-performing engineering team responsible for building, operating, and evolving mission-critical services in a regulated environment. You will work in a cross-functional, international setup with engineers, architects, and platform specialists, contributing to the design and operation of scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support across the software delivery and run lifecycle, including development and DevOps activities
Design, build, and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and SonarQube
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (e.g. Shell)
Manage and support cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), networking, compute, storage, and databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
Ensure service reliability through monitoring, logging, incident management, and adherence to availability and recovery objectives
Support release management processes and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable and resilient platforms
Provide post go-live support for Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) / blockchain-based systems where applicable
