Contract type: B2BCapacity: Full-timeRate: 140–180 PLN + VAT / h🚀 About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud infrastructure automation to join our Talent Pool for upcoming international projects.

We are looking for someone who combines strong cloud engineering and infrastructure automation skills with a solid understanding of platform reliability, security, scalability, and Developer Experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS, building reliable CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and developing observability solutions.

You should also feel comfortable collaborating with international engineering teams and communicating confidently in English.💡 Who we are

• Sdeploy, manage, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EK
• Sensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and security of cloud platformsdesign and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutionsbuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate application deploymentsdevelop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and AWS Cloud
• Watchautomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processesmanage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, and Lambdacollaborate with development teams to improve Developer Experience and self-service infrastructure capabilitiescontribute to platform engineering initiatives, including standardized deployment workflows and Golden Pathscontinuously improve infrastructure performance, security, cost efficiency, and scalabilitytroubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues in production environmentscreate and maintain clear technical documentationcollaborate with international stakeholders and engineering teams in Englishparticipate in operational support and on-call activities when required by the project🧩 Must havesminimum 5 years of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineeringstrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructureadvanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including deploying and operating production clusterspractical experience with Amazon EK
• Sstrong understanding of AWS services, particularly EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambdaexperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraformhands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelinespractical knowledge of Docker and containerized applicationsexperience with infrastructure automation and scriptingknowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud
• Watchsolid understanding of cloud networking, infrastructure security, and access managementexperience troubleshooting production infrastructure and improving system reliabilitygood understanding of Git, Linux, and DevOps best practicesability to independently manage infrastructure-related tasks and recommend technical improvementsstrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsexperience collaborating with international clients or distributed engineering teams
