Your responsibilities

  • Manage the D365 queue by resolving defects, handling change and configuration requests, and supporting process improvements.

Our requirements

  • Strong understanding of D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Dataverse).
  • Experience with Power Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications at Associate or Expert level, e.g. (Power Platform Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate).
  • Fluent English language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
