Emagine is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen security practices within a Fintech environment. This is an opportunity to work on AWS security architecture, regulatory compliance, and security governance for an online payment platform operating in West Africa.

What You'll Be Working OnDesign a secure AWS multi-account architecture with strict segmentation of the Cardholder Data Environment (CDE).

Strengthen identity and access management and manage AWS security posture using GuardDuty and Security Hub.

Integrate security into software development processes, including DevSecOps and CI/CD security measures.

Lead compliance initiatives for PCI DSS v4.0.1 and ISO 27001, including audits and security policies.

Establish security governance practices and improve organisational security maturity.

Develop an AI usage policy and oversee AI security practices.

Work directly with the CISO, providing guidance on technical security, risk, and compliance.

What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.

At least 10 years of experience in information systems security, including 5+ years in AWS environments.

Strong expertise in PCI DSS v4.0.1 and experience in regulated environments.

Experience with AWS security architecture, identity management, security monitoring, and DevSecOps.

Proven experience in security consulting, risk management, and governance.

Knowledge of ISO 27001 and compliance audits.

Professional fluency in French and English.

Nice to Have

Experience in the WAEMU/UEMOA region or knowledge of the BCEAO framework.

Certifications such as CISSP or AWS Certified Security – Specialty.

Familiarity with AI security frameworks and regulations.

Experience in Fintech, online payments, or financial services.

Location & Eligibility

Candidates must be based in Portugal.

Remote working model.

Initial 6-month project, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months.

Consulting engagement on a time-and-materials basis, reporting directly to the CISO.
