Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

About the Role:

• As a CBRE Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, you will act as a business analytics advisor and project manager for business intelligence projects focused on real estate data analyses for CBRE’s clients. Through data warehousing, business intelligence products adoption (including AI driven) and generating high quality business insights this position helps our clients optimize their operations across all service lines: facilities management, energy and sustainability, real estate project management, client finance, real estate portfolio administration, cost forecasting, etc. as well as providing integrated solutions.
• You will be a key member of CBRE Business Analytics group, working closely with our clients, client account managers and technical teams to automate data collection from source operational systems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, develop Tableau dashboards and other BI products that leverage the warehouse and client data to generate meaningful client insights.
• The ideal candidate possesses a broad skill set. Required skills include: strong technical capabilities with data manipulation and data modelling; advanced data visualization knowledge; extensive project management experience, high level of AI and Machine Learning literacy, client-facing communications and presentations, strong analytical and critical thinking.
