About the project

Your responsibilities

• collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements;
• lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients;
• manage and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives;
• define and structure business requirements in the form of clear user stories;
• document requirements using appropriate diagrams, models, and process flows;
• take ownership of the business perspective of implemented functionalities;
• mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables;
• support development teams by clarifying requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Our requirements

• proven experience in business analysis within IT projects;
• solid experience in requirements analysis;
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by logical thinking;
• experience in working with internal and/or external clients;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are flexible in collaboration;
• experience with agile software development methodologies;
• ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team;
• very good command of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+);
• high responsiblity and well organized;
• proactivenes and eager to learn and grow.
