Your main responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

Plan and organize analytical activities, develop project timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain project stability and quality.

Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and process flowcharts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, coordinate task delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.

Support testing, validation, and implementation phases with thorough analysis and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking, finance, or credit sectors.

Strong knowledge of corporate credit processes and financial products.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

Hands-on experience with analysis tools and project management software, including JIRA 4 and MS Office tools.

Excellent command of English (C1 level, Financial Business English preferred).

Fluent Polish language skills.
