Zakres obowiązków Developing and implementing brand and category strategy across Central European markets Managing a multi-brand portfolio and identifying key growth opportunities Leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns, including media, digital, e-commerce and retail activation Managing innovation and product launches from business assessment through go-to-market execution Using consumer, shopper, market and business data to support strategic and commercial decisions Managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of investment Working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams Leading, coaching and developing a team of Brand Marketers Managing agencies and key external partners Wymagania Minimum 6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within consumer goods Strong experience in brand strategy, communication, media and portfolio management Previous people management experience Experience working in an international or multi-market environment Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a good understanding of P& L and key business drivers Experience managing significant marketing budgets Strong stakeholder and project management skills Very good communication and presentation skills Fluent English& Polish would be a strong advantage Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, category management or sales would be an additional asset Oferujemy Opportunities for further professional and leadership development within an international organisation A significant impact on the development of the entire product category in the region Attractive benefits package and company car Hybrid working model in Warsaw
