Senior BI Analyst

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior BI Analyst. Your duties will include: Develop reports and perform creative analysis using Microsoft BI components ( SSAS, SSRS, Power BI ).

Participate in the construction of Machine Learning models and AI systems (LLM-based agents).

Identify data deviations and trends through rigorous statistical processing.

Interpret complex data results and manage statistical data processing workflows.

Document BI projects, including data stores, mappings, and report specifications.

Requirements that must be met:

Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced business and data analysis.5+ years of practical experience with the Microsoft BI stack ( SSAS, SSRS, Power BI ).

Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Python .

Experience in statistical/predictive modeling and OLAP structures.

Proficiency in Row-Level Security (RLS) and Sparx Enterprise Architect Very good Polish
