Must have

Linux Expertise: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Linux server administration (RHEL preferred), including volume management, multipathing, and kernel parameter tuning, Automation & DevOps: Strong scripting skills (Shell / Python / Perl) and hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible / Puppet / Chef),Hardware & Storage/Network: Solid background with enterprise hardware (IBM/HP x86), virtualization (VMware), NAS/SAN storage configuration, and core networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VIPs),Enterprise Environment: Proven track record in large-scale, highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services) operating under strict ITIL/compliance frameworks.
