Your responsibilities

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coach teams on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Software, Firmware, Hardware, and/or Mechanical Engineering domains.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
  • Experience supporting both new product development and sustaining/maintenance projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Optional

  • 4+ years of technical experience in software development, software testing, or related technical roles.
  • Experience in Agile Coaching and/or Agile Coach certification.
  • Previous leadership experience in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with the SAFe framework and enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products or other industrial automation and control systems.
