Join an international team delivering large-scale software development projects in a complex, multi-team environment. Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will play a key role in driving Agile best practices, enabling high-performing teams, and supporting successful product delivery. Azure DevOps is used as the primary platform for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, and team collaboration.
Main responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support and actively participate in SAFe-level events and ceremonies
- Coach and guide team members on Agile and Scrum practices to improve productivity and quality
- Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps
