Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/x)

Introduction to offerWe are looking for a professional who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a strong product and business mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, bringing structure to complex processes, prioritizing requirements, and translating user needs into practical solutions. We are looking for someone who can view a product holistically, from strategy and roadmap planning, through backlog management, to delivering improvements and creating a positive user experience.

While Salesforce knowledge is important, this is not a hands-on development or platform administration role. The key focus is on identifying business needs and effectively leveraging Salesforce capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.

Your tasks

• Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives
• Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focusHands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teamsSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data reading from the database
• Experience with Agile methodologies
