STALEKS is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure instruments. Founded 30 years ago, the company is a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to 90 countries worldwide. We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Packaging Specialist to join our main office in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation for the EU market: PIF, CPSR, and product registration in CPNP.

Audit of product formulations (INCI) for compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (checking preservatives, UV filters, and ingredient restrictions).

Final sign-off on label and packaging designs prior to production.

Verification of cosmetic claims and labeling compliance (country of origin, batch codes, expiration dates, warnings).

Verification of documentation from non-EU manufacturers against GMP / ISO 22716 standards.

Monitoring changes in EU cosmetic regulations and maintaining the internal product database up to date.

What We Are Looking For:

Hands-on experience with EU cosmetic regulations and deep knowledge of PIF, CPSR, CPNP, and INCI.

Proven track record in auditing and approving product labels prior to print production.

Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication.

Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (confident handling of technical and legal documentation).

High level of autonomy: ability to make independent decisions regarding product readiness for market launch.
