Recruiter with French (fixed-term)

Job title description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for internship roles in France, primarily within corporate function
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Conduct initial phone screenings, build candidate shortlists, and extend internship offers to selected candidates
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and align on strategies
• Build strong and trusted relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally with high volume recruitments
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and build strong partnerships
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Experience within an RPO environment would be an assetA proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus We offer
