Recruiter / International Markets Recruiter (English Speaking)

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently managing recruitment processes for foreign employees, with a particular focus on candidates from Colombia, Latin American countries (LATAM), and English‑speaking markets.
  • Actively sourcing candidates for production, warehouse, and technical (blue‑collar) positions.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews in English/Spanish and assessing candidates’ competencies.
  • Building and developing your own candidate database.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Cooperating with the legalization department and employment coordinators.
  • Verifying documents required for the legal employment of foreign workers in Poland.
  • Achieving assigned recruitment and quality targets.
  • Daily communication and collaboration with external partners.
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment activities on social media.
  • Creating and publishing recruitment content, including short video materials for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in independently managing recruitment processes.
  • Experience in recruiting foreign candidates will be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language.
  • Understanding of regulations related to employment and legalization of stay/work for foreigners in Poland.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
  • Independence, good work organization, and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset and focus on achieving results.
  • Creativity and openness to social media activities.
  • Resilience to rejection and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
