Join our team as a Project Manager (SuccessFactors Learning) and take full responsibility for driving key enterprise clients through their end-to-end learning processes. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 7 consultants, ensuring top-tier delivery standards, smooth administrative management, and introducing new functional capabilities and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Driving the customer through complex learning processes, serving as the primary point of contact, and maintaining top-notch delivery standards required by demanding enterprise clients.
Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 7 consultants, maintaining high organizational standards, and ensuring clear task ownership ("tidy tasks housekeeping").
Proactively introducing new SuccessFactors functionalities and identifying upsell opportunities across both SAP SuccessFactors offerings and NIIT services (full introduction to NIIT portfolio will be provided).
Acting as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to resolve blockers, streamline communication, and make things work efficiently.
