Main Responsibilities

  • Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSQ) organization
  • Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization
  • Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups
  • Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R& D, Procurement etc.)
  • Preparation of presentations for Senior Management

Profile

  • Successfully completed technical university degree
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations
  • Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar
  • Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presenting them to Senior Management
  • Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems
  • Good interpersonal skills combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global Teams
  • Proficiency in English and very good German
