For one of our Clients, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale initiative involving new data integrations, scenario development, testing and implementation across four countries.📍 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from one of the Client’s office locations. (Gdańsk, Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Transaction Monitoring initiatives, ensuring effective governance and deliveryOwn the project roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks and remediation activities
  • Coordinate activities across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations and Technology teams
  • Oversee model validation processes and ensure findings, risks and recommendations are properly tracked and addressed
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements and technical delivery
  • Monitor the end-to-end model lifecycle, from development and implementation through validation, ongoing monitoring and change management
  • Prepare and communicate project status, priorities, risks and key decisions to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve model effectiveness, efficiency and compliance
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in Project or Programme Management within the banking or financial sector
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology
  • Strong skills in governance, prioritisation, stakeholder and dependency management
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, including regulatory or audit requirements
  • Ability to manage risks, issues and remediation plans across multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear delivery plans
  • Experience with Financial Crime, AML or Transaction Monitoring projects is highly desirable
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Quantexa
  • Experience in the Transaction Monitoring domain
