About the project

Your responsibilities

• Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects,
• Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development,
• Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, as well as being responsible for selected ones.

Our requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects,
• 3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.),
• Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development,
• Very good knowledge of English.
