Your responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery management for data-centric programmes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Lead governance, controls, and reporting to senior stakeholders; maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Manage planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting across global workstreams
  • Drive critical path decisions, risk mitigation, and dependency resolution at programme level
  • Partner with technology, product, operations, and risk/security teams to land deliverables effectively
  • Oversee migration of legacy platforms and data ecosystems (e.g., analytics and reporting tools) including environment readiness, reconciliation, and cutover planning
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new platforms and processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMO professionals across multiple regions
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery disciplines and Agile practices

Our requirements

  • 8+ years of programme management / delivery leadership in large-scale, global initiatives
  • Proven experience in platform and data migration programmes, ideally with exposure to regulated environments
  • Strong ability to manage RAID logs, governance gates, financial tracking, and KPIs/OKRs
  • Deep familiarity with data management, analytics ecosystems, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across business, technology, risk, and external vendors
  • Demonstrated experience of adoption and change leadership at enterprise scale
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and manage competing priorities
  • Agile delivery experience (SAFe or similar certification advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills; proficient in English

Optional

  • Experience with SAS migration programmes, Big Data solutions, and cloud analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with data lineage, reconciliation, and post-migration assurance practices
  • Track record of coaching global teams and embedding delivery best practices
