Job Description – Production Environment

• Coordinating the production team and supervising daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Onboarding and training new employees.
• Planning work schedules and monitoring employee attendance and absences.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and employees, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• Resolving day-to-day operational issues and providing ongoing support to the team.
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with applicable production procedures and requirements.
• Preparing reports and monitoring the progress and performance of ongoing projects.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and employees.
• Supporting the team in achieving production targets and ensuring operational efficiency.

Our Requirements:

• Proficiency in Polish and Spanish and/or English, enabling effective day-to-day communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, or team management will be considered an advantage.
