Product Team Lead

Coordinate and support the Product Specialists team: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high performance., Own multiple product categories and ensure their commercial success., Hunt, negotiate with, and onboard new partners; maintain strong partner relationships., Conduct market and competitor analyses; adapt product offers and pricing to market trends., Lead rollout of strategic initiatives: launch new products and improve existing lines., Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, Content, and Design teams., Identify and implement workflow and tool improvements., Propose new product ideas, categories, and promotions., Contribute to strategic planning and key business decisions.. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor teams., Project management experience and co-ordination of tasks realisation by Product Team., Solid experience in product management, category management or purchasing., Proven ability to analyze sales results and market trends., Strong knowledge of partner relationship management and best practices., Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally., Experience in preparing, analyzing, and continuously improving departmental reports., Proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher., Profficiency in Microsoft Office – excel, power point. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
