  • Experience with the card payment ecosystem or fraud detection in payments will be a meaningful advantage,
  • The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Data-driven decision-making,
  • Stakeholder management,
  • A customer-centric mindset,
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office tools, AI agents.
