We are a global team, driving design, process excellence, process discovery & streamlining, business change, product ownership, simplification and automation across Value Streams (including but not limited to Client Onboarding and Servicing, Global Payment Solutions, Global Trade & Receivables Finance, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Platforms & Regulatory).

The purpose of this role is to successfully shape and execute against HSBC’s CIB COO global strategic change & simplification agenda. CIB COO T& P Process Engineering Manager will collaborate with various Businesses across regions to successfully support and deliver Process Engineering scope of work and build simplification Community for the Bank. They will be accountable for the timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives, adhering to HSBC core practices, objectives & frameworks.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 15000 PLN - 21000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
