How you will get the job donetranslating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, backlog items, and solution designscollaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver effective solutionspromoting continuous improvement, best practices, and excellence in Requirements Engineering and deliverysupporting project planning, time and effort estimation, scope management, and successful end-to-end delivery with regards to the business requirementsowning requirement quality and governancemanaging senior stakeholdersleading major initiatives regarding functional or technical changesinfluencing technical and business decisionscoaching and mentoring junior engineersmanaging requirements traceability, change requests, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery blockersmanaging business testing, UAT, and solution validation to ensure business expectations are metproducing and maintaining business analysis deliverables, product documentation, and support documentation

Skills and experience you will needfluency in English (C1)10+ of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in related roleexperience in IAM Systems e.g., preferably One Identity or related areas for IGA / IAM Domain Knowledgecompleted university degree or comparable qualification in insurance, organization/management, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related fieldstrong knowledge and experience of methods and procedures in the solution development process, with a focus on Requirements Engineering (preferably IREB certified), as well as business and process analysisgood understanding of the supported application systems, their interfaces, and the relevant business processes and workflowsstrong ability to quickly understand, analyze, and clearly articulate complex issues; highly solution-oriented with strong organizational skillsstrong presentation and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments, as well as strong written and spoken English skillspractical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence)relevant certifications (e.g. IREB, Scrum, ITIL)
